Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with first-episode schizophrenia, meeting the DSM-5 criteria; 2.Ages between 18 and 65 years old; 3.Have not recently received other antipsychotic medication treatments; 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with underlying chronic diseases; 2.Patients currently or previously diagnosed with substance use disorder, intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, dementia, or severe cognitive impairment according to DSM-5 criteria; 3.Patients who are in the preconception or breastfeeding period; 4.Patients taking other types of medication;
