Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Grade IV parturients who meet the classification criteria of the Expert Consensus on Cesarean Section (2023); 2. The mother has no history of extensive anxiety and mental illness; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical condition level 1~2; 4. Elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency cesarean section that meets the indications for emergency cesarean section in China; 2. Fetal malformation or gestational age < 28 weeks; 3. Pregnant women with severe motion sickness or audio-visual impairment; 4. Pregnant women with a history of mental illness or epilepsy.
