Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years. 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis (with at least one of the following characteristics: Modified Marshall score >= 2; APACHE II score >= 8; SIRS score >= 2; Balthazar CT grade C or D). 3. Receive treatment in the digestive ICU within 48 hours after onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Combined with other diseases that seriously affect the evaluation of fluid resuscitation effect (such as advanced malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc.). 2 People who are allergic to liquid resuscitation-related drugs or materials. 3.Patients with incomplete data or who dropped out of the study. 4. Failure to sign the informed consent form.
