18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18y <= age <65y; 18kg/m2 = BMI <28kg/m^2; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II; 3) Proposed elective laparoscopic hysterectomy. (4) Understanding the study content and obtaining informed consent before surgery, and signing the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with known hypersensitivity to remimazolam or with previous history of severe allergy and family history; 2) Patients with long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, narcotic analgesics or sedatives and alcoholism; (3) Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal function abnormalities or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) Patients with central nervous system diseases and surgical history, psychiatric diseases and disorders of consciousness; (5) Patients with eye diseases (glaucoma, cataract, blindness, etc.) and history of eye surgery;
