18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Periodontal group: 1. Han ethnicity, aged 18-70 years old; 2. No changes in oral hygiene habits and dietary habits within 3 months; 3. No history of periodontal treatment within 6 months; 4. There are at least 14 natural teeth remaining in the oral cavity. Implant group: 1. Age over 18 years old; 2. At least 12 months of implant functional load.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Periodontal group: 1. In addition to periodontitis, there is active inflammation in other parts of the body; Patients who have taken antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones, and immune-related drugs in large doses in 2 and 3 months; 3. Those who are pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant; 4. Smoking history; 5. History of orthodontic treatment; 6. Systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, osteoporosis, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 7. Those who cannot undergo oral examination due to general health conditions or other factors. Implant group: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Peri-implant treatment within 3 months 3. Use of antibiotics or bisphosphonates within the past 3 months; 4. Uncontrolled systemic diseases (renal disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc.); 5. Mental health disorders
