22 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 22 to 40 years; 2. Within 42 days to 3 months postpartum; 3. Resided in the local area for at least 6 months; 4. Pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) within the normal range (18.5–24.9); 5. Voluntarily agreed to participate and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness or communication disorders; 2. Presence of severe medical conditions (e.g., cancer, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, infectious diseases).
