Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: (1) Patients aged 18 to 50 years: (2) Iagnosed with acute ACL injury requiring surgical reconstruction;(3) No prior surgery on the affected knee;(4) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria:(1) Known allergies to any material used in the study or micro-fragmented adipose tissue components.;(2) Significant comorbidities (e.g., advanced osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis); (3) Severe ligament or meniscus injuries beyond ACL;(4) History of coagulation disorders or use of anticoagulants. (5) Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
