Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of periodontitis (diagnostic criteria referred to the American Academy of Periodontology); 2. Have not received periodontal treatment before the study and do not plan to receive such treatment during the study; 3. No serious chronic underlying diseases; 4. No use of antibiotics, immunosuppressants, or other drugs that may affect the oral microbiome in the past three months; 5. Those who volunteered to participate in the project, agreed to collect oral and fecal samples, and signed an informed consent form;
