MeasureTime frame
The incidence of PND at 1 week postoperatively;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Cognitive function assessment results at 1 month;The difference in score changes between the PND group and the non-PND group for each scale preoperatively and postoperatively;The cognitive function assessment results one year post-surgery;The time to first ambulation after surgery;Area under the receiver operating characteristic curve;Sensitivity;Specificity;Brier Score;Decision curve analysis;
