Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Osteoarthritis Group: 1. Age>=60 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Preoperative knee joint narrowing and a large number of osteophytes formed in the anterolateral position and full-length radiograph of the knee joint (in line with FICAT stage 4) met the preoperative indications for total knee arthroplasty; 3. Agree to undergo total knee arthroplasty. Inclusion Criteria for the Control Group: 1. Under 45 years of age, gender is not limited; 2. Patients with normal knee joints, who come to our hospital or the 958th Army Hospital for amputation surgery due to car accidents, trauma, non-metabolic diseases, etc., include knee joints in the amputated limbs; 3. X-ray of the anterolateral knee joint showed no imaging manifestations of osteoarthritis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe anesthesia contraindication (ASA grade III and above); 2. Presence of muscle atrophy or nerve damage around the knee joint; 3. Presence of local and systemic infectious diseases of the knee joint.
