Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. History of HBV infection > 6 months; 4. Receiving ETV, TDF or TAF monotherapy with regular medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic liver diseases caused by other reasons (such as HCV infection, non-alcoholic liver disease, drug-induced liver injury, autoimmune liver disease, hereditary metabolic liver disease, etc.); 2. Receiving interferon monotherapy or combination therapy; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients with overlapping acute or chronic viral infectious liver diseases, such as hepatitis A, hepatitis E, hepatitis C, CMV, Epstein-Barr v, and HIV virus infection; 5. Patients with malignant tumors (including HCC) at baseline; 6. Patients with multi-organ failure or other end-stage diseases of other organs, such as heart failure, uremia, etc. 7. Mental illness; 8. People who did not test blood glucose and blood lipids at baseline, 48 weeks, 96 weeks, 12 weeks, and 240 weeks.
