Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: All patients were confirmed by CT and MRI as stroke patients, and the first time complicated with cerebral infarction 2: Patients with stroke also have different degrees of hemiplegia disorder 3: All patients and their families participated in the study voluntarily and signed informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Stroke patients with conscious disturbance, aphasia and hearing impairment were excluded 2: Patients with acute and chronic diseases such as malignant tumor and severe heart failure 3: Patients with a history of stroke or preexisting limb disorders 4: Other diseases or conditions that may have influenced the results of the study, such as congenital motor dysfunction 5: Refused to participate in the study after communication
