Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with PVP indication and consent to surgery; (2) American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) Class I-320 patients; (3) A history of osteoporosis prior to fracture and a fresh vertebral compression fracture; (4) fracture without symptoms of nerve or spinal cord compression; (5) Definite diagnosis in imaging data;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) preoperative cognitive dysfunction, delirium and a history of psychiatric disorders, inability to communicate and do not cooperate with the anesthesia operator; (2) recent use of anesthesia related analgesia, sedation and antidepressant drugs; (3) Uncontrolled hypertension, increased intracranial pressure, intracranial space occupying lesions, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, long-term alcoholism; (4) Infection or allergy to the drug at the intended puncture site; (5) Other orthopedic diseases.
