Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged >= 18 years and <= 80 years with tumors causing upper urinary tract obstruction and who have undergone nephrostomy or D-J tube drainage; 2. those who have undergone relevant investigations (blood creatinine, abdominal CT); 3. patients with complete perioperative and postoperative follow-up data.
