65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 65 to 85 years; proposed elective total knee or total hip replacement surgery; ASA classification of I to III; anesthesia by sedation-aspiration combination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to sign a trial consent form; already participating in another interventional study; visual and hearing impairments and those with difficulty communicating; neuropsychiatric disorders, as well as a previous history of neurologic or psychiatric disorders; severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease; severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (e.g., severe hepatitis, renal failure); substance or alcohol abuse; history of blood transfusion within 3 months; hematologic disorders; abnormalities of coagulation function; an Immune system disorders; fibrotic diseases (including pulmonary fibrosis, systemic sclerosis, etc.); dementia based on an assessment of education using the Brief Psychiatric Scale
