18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chinese population aged 18-80 years; 2.Endoscopic examination suggests a rectal lesion with a diameter of <=10mm; 3.Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) was performed before surgery, and the lesion diameter was determined to be <=10mm, with the invasion depth being the submucosal layer and/or the muscularis mucosae; 4.Pelvic and abdominal MRI scan + enhancement was performed before surgery to exclude lymph node and distant metastasis; 5.The subjects are willing to receive treatment and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys, etc; 2.Pregnant and lactating women; 3.Severe coagulation dysfunction; 4.Combined with other serious comorbidities such as malignant tumors that cannot tolerate surgical treatment; 5.Postoperative pathology indicates non-neuroendocrine tumor.
