Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old); 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Consensus Opinions on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018 · Beijing), the patient was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease; 3. In remission: Crohn's patients with CDAI score 1; 4. Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily; 5. Have certain communication and understanding skills, can complete the questionnaire independently; 6.Skilled use of smart phones, able to accept the intervention of new media such as wechat; 7.The use of biological agents for clinical maintenance treatment, can be regularly returned to the hospital for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious heart, liver, lung and other vital organ dysfunction; 2.Those with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction who are unable to cooperate with the researcher in completing the assessment; 3. Patients with malignant tumor.
