Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who have been engaged in oncology, palliative medicine, hematology, geriatric medicine, and hospice care for =1 year and directly provide palliative treatment to patients. 2. Nurses who hold a professional qualification certificate. 3. Nurses who are assessed to have compassion fatigue after evaluation with a professional quality-of-life scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are on maternity leave, vacation, or attending training or study outside the workplace. 2. Nurses who are undergoing further training or study. 3. Participants who withdraw during the study period. 4. Nurses who have already obtained qualifications as psychological consultants or other relevant certifications. 5. Nurses who have diseases that significantly affect hormone levels or who need to take medication long-term. 6. Nurses who are in the lactation period, pregnancy period, or menopause period.
