18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old, ASAI-II grade, 2. BMI within the normal range, 3. General anesthesia at an appropriate time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neuropsychological disorders; Adrenal cortical dysfunction; Heart failure; Kidney, lung, liver or endocrine diseases; History of allergy and abuse to etomidate and other investigatory drugs; Patients who had taken sedative and analgesic drugs on the day of surgery had cognitive impairment; Neuromuscular disease.
