Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The elderly patients (aged 60 and above) undergoing orthopedic surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) younger than 60 years old; (2) emergency surgery; (3) surgical procedures under local anesthesia.
