Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Radiologically confirmed osteoarthritis of the knee (Kellgren-Lawrence grade 1~3); 2. Knee pain or swelling for at least 3 months; 3. Informed consent to participate in the study trial. 5.Capable of completing all required trial examinations and providing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 50 years old; 2. End-stage knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence class 4); 3. Anticoagulant therapy and/or coagulation dysfunction; 4. Inflammatory diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis, collagen disease, crystal deposition disease; 5. Severe cardiac disease (NYHA class IV); 6. Infection; 7. Immunocompromised diseases with immunosuppressive therapy; 8. Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging; 9. Pregnancy; 10. Taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 3 days prior to injection; 11. Injections in the same joint within the past 6 months; 12. Allergic reaction to the application of drugs (hyaluronic acid, iodine-containing contrast media, steroids); 13. Symptomatic chronic fibromyalgia.
