Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosing epilepsy, based on the 2023 edition of the Chinese Epilepsy Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 2.Ages 2-18 years old; 3.First time trying the keto diet; 4.Parents have no difficulties in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Manage the feeding and drinking; 2.Individuals with severe primary diseases or malignant tumors involving the heart, liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, and circulatory system; 3.Children on a ketogenic diet for up to 7 days; 4.Surgical treatment for structural epilepsy.
