Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the above diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression; 2. Age between 18-65 years old;3.Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study; 4.Have basic reading and writing skills, able to understand and complete relevant questionnaires and scales.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.; 2.Having serious organic diseases, such as severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney failure, brain organic lesions, etc; 3.May affect research results or be intolerant to intervention measures; 4.Currently receiving other psychological or psychiatric medication treatments, and unable to suspend treatment during the study period; 5.There have been significant traumatic events in the past three months (such as the death of a loved one, unemployment, major accidents, etc.) that may have a significant impact on emotions and interfere with research results.
