Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASAI.~III.; 2.Patients over 65 years of age who are scheduled for elective thoracoscopic lobe wedge resection under bronchial intubation general anesthesia, all of whom are informed and have signed a consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of thoracic surgery; 2.Previous history of COPD, pulmonary function tests FEV/FVC 37kg; 4.Received radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery; 5.Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 6.Patients with psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate; 7.Patients with an infection of the skin at the puncture site.
