Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 . Age >= 80 years old; 2. type 2 diabetes; 3. Regular hemodialysis patients (hemodialysis 3 times a week, dialysis duration > 3 months) 4. Voluntary participation in this study, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 . patients using hormones in the last 7 days; 2. those with acute complications secondary to DM: diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmolar coma; 3. those with uncontrolled co-infections.
