Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet all of the following criteria to be included in the study: 1. Frail women over 65 years old living in the community; 2. Sedentary time of >=8 hours per day; 3. No dementia, cognitive impairment, or symptomatic mental disorders, and able to communicate normally with others. 4. Have not participated in any other clinical trials in the 6 months prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects will be excluded if they have any of the following characteristics: 1. Have contraindications to exercise: severe cardiovascular and renal disease or have any symptoms or signs related to cardiovascular disease; 2. Inability to assess muscle strength or use assistive devices to walk; 3. Take a large amount of antibiotics or Chinese herbal medicines within 1 month 4. History of heavy drinking within 1 month, or long-term history of heavy drinking abuse; 5. Have obvious cold symptoms such as fever within 1 month; 6. Severe diarrhea, vomiting and other symptoms within 2 weeks; 7. Obvious symptoms of anemia in the near future, such as hypoglycemic syncope.
