Experimental Group 2:Inject mesenchymal stem cells into the joint cavity twice, 15 × 10 ^ 6 each time, with a 7-day interval between injections
Experimental Group 3:Inject mesenchymal stem cells into the joint cavity three times, with 15 × 10 ^ 6 cells per injection and a 7-day interval between injections
Experimental Group 1:Inject mesenchymal stem cells into the joint cavity once, totaling 15 × 10 ^ 6 cells
control group:Conventional drug therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2021 Edition)"; 2. Clarify the condition through knee joint MRI, CT, and X-ray; 3. Patients with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score of >= 5 before treatment; 4. Notify the patient and their family and sign an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of knee joint trauma or surgery; 2. Patients who have received knee joint injection therapy in the past six months; 3. Patients with other knee joint pain disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, hemophilia arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gouty arthritis, etc; 4. Complications affecting the joints, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, etc; 5.c oagulation diaorders; 6. Highly allergic constitution or history of severe allergies; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. patients with malignancy; 9. Individuals with systemic or local infections; 10. Dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; 11. Body mass index>35kg/m^2;
