Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First occurrence of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke within the past 6 months. 2.Ability to sit independently for at least 1 minute without support and maintain a sitting position for at least 30 minutes under supervision, ensuring the completion of the scheduled exercise routine. 3.Good cognitive function (Mini-Mental State Examination >24).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe visual, auditory, or sensory impairments. 2.Presence of vestibular deficits or vertigo. 3.History of epileptic seizures in the last 6 months.
