Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects were aged between 18 and 60 years and in good general health; 2.The width of residual keratinized gingiva on the buccal side of surgical region was less than 2 mm; the surgical region did not exceed 3 teeth; 3.The need for additional keratinized mucosa for aesthetic or functional reasons; 4.Good oral hygiene; O'Leary oral plaque index < 20%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Smoking; 2.Systemic diseases or pregnancy; 3.Untreated periodontal disease and failure to maintain good plaque control; 4.History of mucogingival surgery in the surgical area; 5.Allergy to collagen; 6.Use of drugs (immunosuppressants, phenytoin or any other drugs that may affect mucosal healing); 7.Participants have participated in other clinical studies in the past six months.
