Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.First stroke, confirmed by head CT or MRI, with a disease duration of 1-12 weeks; 3.USN (Star Cancellation Test score = 17; 5.Right-handed; 6.No history of seizures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with venous sinus thrombosis or transient ischemic attack; 2.Patients with worsening condition or new infarct lesions; 3. Severe, uncorrectable vision and visual field impairments; 4.Presence of metal implants in the body (e.g., cochlear implants, pacemakers, intracranial arterial stents, intracranial vascular coils, ventriculoperitoneal shunts, insulin pumps, etc.); 5.Inability to independently participate in tabletop activities while seated; 6.Severe heart diseases requiring special care; 7.Mental disorders or substance abuse; 8.Pregnancy.
