Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18-45 years. 2. meet the clinical criteria for stroke, including cerebral vascular rupture or occlusion caused by acute cerebral ischemia or hemorrhage, and confirmed by the relevant medical diagnosis and examination. 3. patients and their family members willing to participate in the study and provide relevant data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. age does not meet the scope of young and middle-aged. 2.Cognitive and behavioral dysfunction due to other neurological disorder. 3.Patients with severe mental health problems or who were unable to comply with the study requirements.
