Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children aged 2-12 years with similar factors such as outdoor activities and dietary intake, and normal levels of vitamin D and trace element calcium. 2. Guardians agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any known immunodeficiency and diseases affecting growth and development, such as metabolic diseases, hypothyroidism, growth hormone dysfunction, renal impairment, etc.; 2. Children taking medications known to affect bone mineral metabolism (e.g., hormones, diuretics, or antiepileptic drugs); 3. Children have participated in other clinical trials.
