45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 45–65 years, with priority given to individuals with hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus, and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heart, liver, lung, or kidney failure; presence of metal or electronic implants; epilepsy; psychiatric disorders; or language/communication barriers.
