Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled to undergo elective endobronchial ultrasound-guided needle biopsy, bronchoscopic cryotherapy or biopsy. 2.After preoperative evaluation, patients can be treated under deep sedation / general anesthesia. 3.Patient and their family members were informed and volunteered to participate in the study. 4.Age ranged from 18 to 75 years,ASA I~III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refused to participate in the study. 2.Patients with sleep apnea syndrome. 3.Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency or respiratory dysfunction. 4.Patients with liver and renal function impairment; intestinal obstruction; alcohol abuse or drug dependence. 5.Patients who cannot cooperate or difficulty communicating.
