Nalbuphine Group (N):After ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block, the patient was prepared with naborphine 1.0mg / kg 10min before the end of surgery, with a load of 4ml, background amount of 4ml
Sufentanil (S):After ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block, the patient prepared an intravenous analgesia pump with sufentanil 1.0 ug / kg, 10min before the end of the operation, with a load of 4

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged 18-60 years 2 or their legally authorized persons agree to participate in this study 3 ASA grade I~ III 4 body mass index (BMI) 18-29.5 kg / m^2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Surgical history of gastrointestinal disease 2 huge uterine or pelvic severe adhesions 3 bradycardia (HR <50 bpm / min), hypotension (SBP <90mmHg) 4 patients with severe mental disorders and language disorders patients 5 and related drug allergy 6 have chronic pain disease or long-term application of analgesic drugs 7 pregnant or lactation women 8 monoamine oxidase inhibitors within two weeks
