2 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 2-18 years; 2) Weigh less than 30kg; 3) first-time undergoing allo-HSCT; 4) positive receptor CMV serology; 5) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pediatric patients who have previously undergone allo-HSCT; 2) Patients who have been treated with any drug to prevent CMV infection, including letemovir; 3) patients with contraindications to the use of letermovir; 4) patients who are unable to tolerate letemovir; 5) Patients with severe liver and kidney function abnormalities; 6) Patients with other malignant tumors.
