Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The child to be operated on for penile surgery was 6 - 14 years of age, ASA classification I - II, with normal intellectual and speech development and a generally normal preoperative examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in the study, known neurological or cognitive disorders, parents or guardians unable to understand the study or give consent due to illiteracy or language difficulties, preoperative history of congenital, hereditary, and psychiatric disorders, recent history of upper respiratory tract infections or symptoms of obstruction, coagulation abnormalities, contraindications to dorsal penile nerve block, history of neuromuscular disorders, history of local anesthesia or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs History of allergy, etc.
