Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The primary diseases were liver tumor, alcoholic cirrhosis, hepatitis cirrhosis, chronic acute liver failure, hepatolenticular degeneration, autoimmune hepatitis, Booga syndrome, etc;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Symptoms of infection appeared before surgery; 2.There were serious complications of heart, brain, lung and kidney before operation; 3.Vaccination history within one month prior to surgery; 4.He had a history of PD-L1, PD-1 and other immunotherapy within one month before surgery;
