Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years 2.ASA classification I-II 3.Body mass index (BMI) 18-30 30 kg/m^2 4.Patients scheduled for elective Transurethral Resection of Prostate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe cardiovascular diseases or liver/kidney dysfunction (2) Individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, or communication barriers (3) Individuals with Long term use of sedatives and analgesics (4) Alcohol or drug abuse (5) Allergy to Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride (6) Preoperative indwelling catheterization (7) Bradycardia (heart rate less than 60 beats per minute)
