Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)diagnosis fulfilling fracture of the femoral neck (S72.0) according to the ICD-10 criteria; (2) they treated with DA or PA artificial femoral head replacement during their hospitalization; (3) they voluntarily participating and signing a written informed consent form with knowledge of the contents of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) they had a combination of chronic diseases in the acute phase such as acute cerebrovascular disease, acute pulmonary embolism, etc.; (2) they had serious mental and psychological illnesses, cognitive dysfunction, communication disorders, and inability to cooperate; (3) they were involved in other chronic disease management programs at the same phase.
