Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Full-time undergraduate or graduate student aged 18-24 years - Access to smartphone/computer - Ability to read and write in Chinese - Willing to engage with the chatbot daily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current engagement in any type of psychotherapy; diagnosis of any severe mental illness in history (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder); current use of psychiatric medications
