Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age must be at least 18 years old, with no gender restrictions; 2. Able to provide a venous blood sample of at least 5 mL or nasopharyngeal biopsy tissue; 3. Sign an informed consent form; 4. Participants suspected of having primary nasopharyngeal cancer. The inclusion criteria for the healthy control group were: normal blood routine, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, and tumor marker test results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have any systemic disease, such as diabetes, abnormal liver function, autoimmune disease, hematologic disease or other malignant tumors; 2. The patient has a history of radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy; 3. Unable to sample or unqualified samples; 4. Failure to sign the informed consent document; 5. Subjects who are considered by the investigator to be inappropriate to continue to participate in this clinical trial.
