Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >18 years old; (2) Meet the criteria for sepsis 3.0; (3) Patients receiving enteral nutrition; (4) The expected stay in ICU is more than 10 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy and lactation; (2) Patients with a history of neuromuscular disease; (3) lower extremity fracture; (4) Malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases; (5) Patients who are not admitted to ICU for the first time.
