20 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA class I or II 2. Aged 20-42 years 3. Gestational age of 37-42 weeks 4. BMI 20-36 kg/m^2 5. Height 156-170 cm 6. Singleton pregnancy confirmed by obstetric ultrasound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing or pregnancy-induced hypertension/preeclampsia, placenta previa, placental abruption, multifetal gestation, or morbid obesity (BMI >36 kg/m^2) 2. Fetal distress or congenital anomalies 3. Contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia 4. Cases requiring supplemental epidural anesthesia or unplanned conversion to general anesthesia due to inadequate surgical anesthesia with spinal approach
