Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Community-dwelling adults aged >=60 years 2. Gender: No restriction 3. Health Status: Clinically diagnosed with sarcopenia (meeting Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia diagnostic criteria) 4. Occupation: Permanent community residents with no specific occupational restrictions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases 2. Skeletal/joint disorders that may affect physical function assessment or training 3. Other medical conditions that may interfere with the intervention 4. Cognitive impairment (MMSE score <24 or clinical diagnosis) 5. Currently participating in other intervention programs
