18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: 18-70 years; Radiologically confirmed dominant stone(s) in renal lower pole; Laboratory parameters within normal limits: Hematology (CBC); Hepatic/renal function; Coagulation (PT/APTT/INR)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contralateral upper urinary tract stones requiring surgical intervention 2. Concomitant bladder stones or urethral stones 3. Presence of ipsilateral ureteral stones 4. Uncorrected bleeding disorders or active systemic infections 5. Patients with bilateral upper urinary tract stones scheduled for surgery 6. Lower urinary tract stones (e.g., bladder/urethra) or mid-to-lower ureteral stones 7. Preoperative diagnosis of ureteral stricture or obstructive pyonephrosis secondary to calculi 8. History of urinary diversion or congenital genitourinary anomalies 9. Coexisting urinary tract malignancies
