Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early, middle and late pregnancy women aged 18-40 years; 2. No other complications; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Signed informed consent form agreeing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smoking history (>=1 cigarette/day); 2.Excessive alcohol consumption (50 ~ 30 g/day); 3.Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, respiratory diseases, urinary diseases, digestive diseases, rheumatic diseases, autoimmune diseases, blood system diseases, venous thromboembolism (VTE), tumors, pituitary dysfunction; 4.Personal and family history of thyroid system diseases; 5.Chromosome abnormality and uterine structure abnormality of both husband and wife; 6.Multiple pregnancies; 7.History of trauma and surgery within the last month; 8.A history of adverse pregnancy, including a history of stillbirth, neonatal death, and recurrent abortion (>=2 spontaneous abortions); 9.Taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs within the last month; 10.Take medication or abuse hormones or antibiotics within 2 weeks. 11.Pregnancy complications such as hypertensive disease during pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, thyroid disease, hyperhomocysteinemia, venous thromboembolism, etc. during the first and second trimesters should also be excluded for the included women in the second and third trimesters. 12.Uterine structure abnormalities, endometrial polyps, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids (>=2 cm), endometriosis, etc; 13.Reproductive endocrine diseases, such as hyperprolactinemia, PCOS, etc; 14.Body mass index (BMI>=28 kg/m^2 or <=18.5 kg/m^2).
