Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 20-70 years; (2) Patients with imaging studies showing iliac vein compression >50% or with the establishment of collateral circulation around the iliac vein; pressure gradient of the stenotic segment measured during venography >2 mmHg at rest; (3) Imaging examinations suggesting tortuous dilatation of the superficial vein and its side branches, saphenous femoral vein valve regurgitation time of >3s, superficial femoral vein valve regurgitation time of >0.5s; retrograde imaging through the femoral vein showed that the results were graded by the Kistner grading method, and the venous blood regurgitation were all in grade III or above; (4) Voluntary consent to enroll in the study, good compliance with diagnosis and treatment, and the ability to accurately describe the contents of the scoring.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a combination of other diseases manifesting as elevated venous pressure in the lower extremities; (2) Patients who are unable to tolerate the surgery in combination with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, or cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or malignant tumor diseases; (3) patients with sequelae of deep vein thrombosis, iliac vein stenosis and deep vein thrombosis found by lower extremity venography; (4) Patients with poor compliance, or allergy to contrast agent or contraindication to anticoagulation; (5) Patients with severe mental illness.
