Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with pathologically confirmed medullary thyroid carcinoma or small cell lung cancer; (2) Patients agreed to undergo 68Ga-DOTA-CCK-66 PET/CT and signed the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of other malignant tumors; (2) in pregnancy/lactation period
