65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 65-90 years old, gender is not limited; 2.Can communicate normally and complete questionnaires independently (CAM scale, MMSE scale); 3.Choose a hip replacement surgery; 4.Patient informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative simple mental state (MMSE) score was less than 24; 2.ASA>= Level IV; 3.Patients with Alzheimer's disease, mental illness, mental illness, etc., who cannot understand the scale; 4.Recent or ongoing treatment with lipid-regulating drugs; 5.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
